October is Calypso History Month

The Trinbago Unified Calypsonians Association (TUCO) has dubbed the month of October, Calypso History Month and will conduct a series of activities aimed at widening the public’s appreciation of the calypso artform. The Association is of the belief that the artform is being suppressed and that the public is not adequately aware of its importance to society.
